Job Description


Position: HR Operations Head

Reporting To: Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)


Role Overview

The HR Operations Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within the organization, particularly focusing on employee relations, administration management, HR technologies, and strategic initiatives. The role is critical in ensuring smooth HR processes, driving inclusivity, and aligning human capital strategies with the organizational goals in the automotive/manufacturing sector.


Key Responsibilities


HR Operations & Employee Relations (Vital)

  • Lead HR operations to ensure efficient processes across payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture that prioritizes engagement and well-being.

Administration Management (Essential)

  • Ensure efficient management of office administration functions, policies, and infrastructure to support business objectives.
  • Monitor vendor contracts, budgets, and service levels for optimal functionality.

HR MIS and Technology Management & Analytics (Essential)

  • Implement and manage advanced HRIS tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Leverage HR analytics for informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.

HR Strategy (Desirable)

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to design long-term HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Act as a thought leader, influencing organizational design and workforce planning.

Diversity and Inclusion (Desirable)

  • Advocate for and implement initiatives promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Ensure equitable HR policies and practices that foster a sense of belonging for all employees.


Awareness of Data Protection Practices

  • Maintain compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in managing employee records and personal information.


Educational Qualifications & Experience Requirements


  • Education: MSW / MBA in Human Resources.
  • Experience: At least 20 years of relevant experience in the Auto Component/Manufacturing industry, with demonstrated expertise in HR operations and leadership roles.
