Job Description: ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) Operator **Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Effluent Treatment Operations**:

- Operate and monitor the ETP system to ensure efficient treatment of wastewater.
- Manage the dosing and usage of chemicals for water treatment as per requirements.
- **Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of ETP equipment such as pumps, aerators, filters, and tanks.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to plant operations.
- **Record Management**:

- Maintain accurate logs of water quality parameters, chemical usage, and equipment performance.
- Ensure timely submission of reports for audits and compliance purposes.
- **Quality Monitoring**:

- Test and analyze water samples for parameters like pH, TSS, COD, BOD, etc.
- Ensure treated water meets regulatory discharge standards.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to environmental regulations and safety protocols.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals used in the ETP.
- **Optimization**:

- Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency of the treatment process.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Minimum ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in ETP operations, preferably in an industrial setting.
- **Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and chemicals.
- Familiarity with testing procedures and standards for wastewater treatment.
- **Other Skills**:

- Ability to work independently and manage plant operations efficiently.
- Strong record-keeping and problem-solving skills.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time, onsite role in a manufacturing or industrial unit.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Maintenance Head

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
