Our products are designed to be the fastest installing and most cost-effective in the industry.Responsibilities:Review RFP data to identify pertinent project requirements.Lead and oversee the purchase order (PO) process from initial deal negotiation to final execution.Collaborate with the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely order processing.Track and monitor PO status, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are obtained within specified deadlines.Identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues in the PO process, implementing corrective measures as needed.Handle any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documentsDevelop and implement strategies to enhance sales operations efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, leveraging technology and tools to streamline sales operations workflows.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales operations and provide regular reports and analysis to management.Conduct training sessions to educate sales team members on sales operations processes, including PO management, documentation requirements, and CRM system usage.Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales team members, addressing inquiries and issues related to sales operations.Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Generate regular reports and dashboards on sales performance, PO status, and other relevant metrics.Present findings and recommendations to management, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.Acknowledge customers by promptly responding to emails, texts, and phone callsAnswers phone calls from customers regarding deals and assist in resolving any issues as they ariseFollow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product and servicesFollow up internally with engineering and production to ensure timely responses to clientsThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may perform other related duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.Required Experience & Skills:5 years of ExperienceBachelor’s degreeSignificant experience in administrative/operational role supporting a B2B Sales/Business Development teamExperience with CRM systems and excellent Excel skillsExperience with Sale Agreements and ContractsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong client service skills for B2B clients.Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasksExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAdaptable and eager to learn; self-starter who is willing to wear multiple hats to accomplish goals and can work independently w/o supervision once trainedTeam-orientedSomeone who thinks outside the box and brings new ideasThrives in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized and detail-orientedPrior solar energy experience is a plusLocation: Bangalore, IndiaWorking Hours: Spain Working Hours - 13:00 PM to 10:00 PM.Working Shift: Min 4 days at Office
