Job Purpose: Sales Operations Sr. Associate would be responsible for India Domestic Sales Operations supporting sales team A) Responsibilities: - Periodic coordination with the sales and delivery team to get an update on the projects (existing and new deal) - Maintain the sales tracker requests for Q2B (Quote to Billing) from the sales team and update the status on a weekly basis and share it with the team - Creation of Q2B requests as and when it is request comes from sales team. - Understand the system requirement (SAP Synergy) before creation of project. - Ensure all documents are in place before from the sales team to proceed with the contract creation - Co ordination with the contracts team and get the update on Q2B request and share it to the respective sales team/requestor. - Co ordinate with sales team to get monthly forecast and share it to FP&A team. - Co ordinating with the billing team/shared services for any issues in the invoices and sorting out the same. - Highlight the key issues in contract and circulate to team on monthly basis during MSR or before MSR. - Any adhoc support needed by sales team for co ordination with GBSS team such as billing/AR/collections etc. B) Desired Profile: a) Education: - Graduate in Commerce, Arts and Science is preferable b) Work Experience: - 1 to 2 years in business support in sales team/marketing preferably from an IT industry. - Well versed with MS Office especially with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. - Proficiency in ERP systems; SAP, Oracle, Quick Books & PeopleSoft would be an added advantage. c) Professional Experience: - Fluent in business English; both written and verbal communication skills essential. - Should be a Good Team Player & Process driven person. - Should be very strong on numbers and Strong Analytical skills - Demonstrated ability to manage toward optimal standardization of processes. - Self-starter, ability to work independently, using excellent business judgment. **Job Segment**: Sales Operations, Database, ERP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Sales, Technology
