**Operations Associate / Senior Associate (Bangalore) **0-5 yrs exp **Why should you look at this role?** Salary : upto 5 lakh per annum Health Insurance Travel Reimbursement Sick Leave Provident Fund 6 day work week **Company size**:50-100 employees **Must Have** A 2-wheeler vehicle for travelling across Bangalore **What You will do Everyday?** - You will be visiting properties being renovated and supervising the work; you will have to adhere to strict timelines - You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors for home inspections - check every aspect of apartments wherever necessary - You will be facilitating sales visits by ensuring the apartments remain clean and neat - You will be required to do a quality check for all the work being completed and report any non-satisfactory work to the vendor and your manager. - You’re responsible for a smooth property handover to the sales team to drive things from here on. - You are the face and voice of the brand for our vendors and the societies where our properties are located, and you must live our values (Get Things Done; Be a Good Person) in everything you say & do. - You will have a 6 day work week with a weekly off on any day other than Saturday / Sunday to be mutually agreed with your Manager. **Your Superpowers** - 0-5 years of experience in a similar kind of role (real estate industry is preferred, but not mandatory) - Enthusiasm to work in the field and get your hands dirty. - Proficient in English or Hindi, knowing Kannada is preferred - A go-getter attitude, with the will to do what it takes and be flexible with a pure outcome focus **Reporting structure** Operations Associate - Operations Manager You will work across stakeholders, including Ivy’s Acquisition Team, Sales, Finance, and CRM teams. **Interview Process** 3 rounds of interview (exploratory - > technical - > discussion with the CoFounder) **About the Employer** Ivy Homes is a realty tech start-up redefining how people buy and sell homes. The product is a merger of traditional real estate maturity and cutting-edge technology. With the help of AI & ML, Ivy Homes is using data from various channels across industries to predict the prices of an apartment. As a nextgen entity, Ivy Homes is building systems for handling millions of GBs of data which has to be safely stored over the years to find trends in the housing market. Our core team comprises IIT Kharagpur and IIT Kanpur alumni with excellent business and technology acumen. We are backed by marquee Venture Capitalists in the ecosystem, including Y-Combinator, Khosla Ventures, Global Founders Capital, and Venture Highway.
