The Role: Operations Associate Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Hybrid, Onsite) Experience: 2-4 Years in Operations/Procurement About Tomillo: At Tomillo, we are a diverse & creative team with a passion for technology and procurement. Role Description: This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Operations Associate based in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for managing client orders, tracking the proggress and eficiency of our marketplace to deliver quality products in time. Managing purchase orders, evaluating and onboarding suppliers, and leading contract negotiations. The role also involves analyzing procurement data, ensuring cost and quality optimization, and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve P&L objectives efficiently. Meeting Targets & KPIs: Responsible for targets such as the number of new partners onboarded, cost savings, quality metrics (revisions, errors), turnaround times, partner satisfaction, utilization rates, etc. Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in operations//vendor management/order management/purchase efficiency (preferably in eCommerce, B2B businesses, or similar).
