Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Associate located in Bengaluru. The Operations Associate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, ensuring smooth operational processes, and assisting with client interactions. Duties also include maintaining records, processing documentation, and supporting financial planning activities.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial management tools and software
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
