Operations Associate

to join our team in Bangalore.

Role Overview

As an Operations Associate at Spacez, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations—ensuring our properties run smoothly, guests have a seamless experience, and teams stay coordinated. This is a dynamic, hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities
Property Operations & Setup

  • Lead the setup, readiness, and handover of new co-living or villa properties.
  • Ensure every property meets Spacez standards in design, functionality, and guest experience.

Facility & Housekeeping Management

  • Oversee daily cleaning and housekeeping operations across properties.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness benchmarks, ensuring staff performance aligns with expectations.

Team Scheduling & Coordination

  • Create work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure proper staff coverage.
  • Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping teams, and service partners.

Maintenance & Upkeep

  • Address property maintenance issues promptly.
  • Manage repairs, coordinate technicians, and ensure properties stay in excellent condition

Guest Experience & Communication

  • Communicate with guests/residents, address queries, provide support, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Collect feedback and ensure high guest satisfaction.

Lead & Enquiry Handling

  • Attend calls/messages from potential guests.
  • Share property details, assist with bookings, and support the sales team in conversions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Operations Management, Business Administration, Hospitality

, or any related field.
- 6+ months of relevant experience in
operations/hospitality/co-living/property management

preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and people-handling abilities.
- Comfortable with creating basic content for social media (videos, photos, captions).
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle on-ground challenges.
