For more info., Visit our website: Key responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with channel partners to expand market reach. Provide training and support to partners on product offerings, sales strategies, and tools. Collaborate with channel partners to create joint business plans and achieve sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and suggest actionable improvements. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner feedback to refine strategies. Develop promotional campaigns and incentives to motivate partner sales teams. Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align objectives and strategies. Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, resolving issues and addressing concerns. Track and report on partner performance metrics and sales forecasts. Ensure compliance with company policies and partner agreements. Requirements: 3–5 years in channel sales, partner management, or a similar role. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Should have an analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to travel as required to meet partners and attend events.
