EXPERIENCE

Duties you'll be entrusted with:

❖ Execute sales strategies to drive growth in the FMCG and food ingredients segments.

❖ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including manufacturers, distributors,

and B2B partners.

❖ Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the food ingredients market.

❖ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to develop and

promote new products.

❖ Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform

sales strategies.

❖ Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

❖ Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.

❖ Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company’s product

portfolio.

Expectations from you:

Basic Requirements:

❖ Bachelor’s degree in any stream or a related field

❖ 3+ years of sales experience, specifically in FMCG and food ingredients.

❖ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

❖ Strong knowledge of the food ingredients market, including key players and market dynamics.

❖ Experience managing sales teams and building client relationships.

❖ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

❖ Ability to travel frequently for client meetings, events, and trade shows.

Additional Requirements

❖ Strong understanding of the FMCG supply chain and distribution networks.

❖ Experience in both B2B sales environments.

❖ Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

❖ Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term business development.
