Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in our bakery food ingredients segment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, targeting B2B clients, and building long-term relationships with customers.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the bakery food ingredients segment (milk powder, cake icing, sugar).
- Target and sell to B2B clients, including bakeries, manufacturers, and distributors, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Independently manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and stay informed on competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing tailored ingredient solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote the bakery ingredients portfolio and expand the client base.
- Bachelor's degree in any stream or a related field.
- 3+ years of sales experience, specifically in FMCG and food ingredients.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the food ingredients market, including key players and market dynamics.
- Experience managing sales teams and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for client meetings, events, and trade shows.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy benefits such as competitive commission structures, comprehensive health insurance, and retirement plans.
