Job Overview

Our company seeks an experienced New Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Define key objectives, sales targets, and growth strategies to achieve annual revenue goals
  • Collaborate with management to align new business development plans with the company vision
Customer Acquisition & Relationship Building

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, focusing on OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and industrial clients.

He/She will build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the main point of contact.

Sales Cycle Management

The New Business Development Manager will lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting, pitching, and negotiating to closing deals.

He/She will prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with customer requirements and company pricing strategies.

Market & Product Knowledge

The ideal candidate will develop a strong understanding of the springs manufacturing industry, including key product offerings and technological advancements.

He/She will gather and share market intelligence, staying updated on industry developments to inform business decisions.

Qualifications
  • New Business Development, Lead Generation, and Sales skills
  • Sales Presentations and Account Management experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum.
