Area Sales Executive

Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Civil engineering,Cable Industry,Switch Industry or a related field.
3+ years of experience in home automation system Sales
Strong communication skill.
Strong knowledge of home automation systems, protocols, and standards, such as Z-Wave, Zigbee, and Bluetooth.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Keep up-to-date with the latest home automation technology trends and advancements.
Client Acquisition
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our construction products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets by proactively seeking new business opportunities and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
Client Education: Educate clients on the advantages of our products and services through presentations, demonstrations, and product samples.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure contracts and agreements that are mutually beneficial.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹310,000.00 per year
