**Job Summary**:
As a Area Sales Executive at PROSONIC, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and expanding our market presence within your designated city area. **Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and target market for new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.

**2. Customer Engagement**:

- Provide excellent customer support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product demonstrations as needed.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies.

**3. Sales Planning and Reporting**:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your area.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**4. Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Provide customers with detailed product information and recommendations.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers as required.

**5. Promotion and Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Utilize marketing materials and tools to support sales efforts.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the Direct Sales sector.
**- Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
