**Responsibilities**:
**Identify and Generate Leads**:Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Develop a strong understanding of the company's products/services and value proposition.

**Build and Maintain Client Relationships**:Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

**Sales and Revenue Growth**:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute campaigns.

**Market Research**:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide regular feedback to the team on market trends and client needs.

**Proposal Development**:Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Area Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development market and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
