Job Summary: Individual contributor / Team Leader to drive the sales and business development objectives from the assigned physician referral market segment. If small team is assigned to the candidate, be accountable for the development of the team members and the achievement of the business objectives of the team. Establish strong network with key opinion leaders in the referral segment and contribution to building the referral patient network through sound business practices. Demonstrate business integrity and key competencies in growing the patient referral segment.

Job Description

* Be accountable for the performance and the contribution of the assigned team members if any.

* Regular Doctor sales visits

* Daily reporting of sales activities in the prescribed.

* Process ownership of the assigned medical department and team members assigned if any.

* Maintain pleasant disposition at all times and be willing to attend to need of clients of the hospital beyond his duty hours.

* To carryout data collection/support in data collection.

* To adhere to the safety norms.

* To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior.

* Serves as a primary point of contact for external referring Physicians for providing relevant information and feedback regarding all referred in -patients.

* Communicates with conviction about the services of MGM Healthcare, thereby projecting

MGM Healthcare as the preferred choice for tertiary care management.

* Ability to articulate the scientific content of the various procedures done in MGM

Healthcare, with the usage of iPad/Visual Aid

* Listening / probing customer barriers or unmet needs to refer patients to MGM Healthcare & presenting the scientific evidence to convince the customer.

* Conducts and executes the customer engagement plans based on the need of the business or the promotional strategy.

* Aligning individual business goals to the organizational goals

* Strictly adhering to the policies laid down by the organization.

* Devises field work plan for the month and same is implemented with minimum or no deviation.

* Monitoring month over month sales trends.

* Data analysis for identifying the gap in performance and creating a time bound action plan.

* Improve the productivity in an environment where tertiary care procedures are fast commoditizing.

* Evaluating the impact of the customer engagement plans through relevant ROl analysis

* Implementing creative and innovative business solutions to grow the referral patient footfalls in MGM Healthcare.

* Actively acquires and updates knowledge about the diseases and procedures for the relevant.

* Proactively builds rapport with customers based on a deep understanding of their needs.

Invests time and effort to build strong connect with customers.

* Identifies potential in existing and new customers based on thorough knowledge of the territory.

* Constantly seeks opportunities to grow the business by identifying and targeting customers.

* Continually providing customer feedback through designated meetings to achieve MGM

Healthcare' short term and medium term marketing plans.

* Implementing the robust mechanisms to report marketing intelligence and provide continuous feedback on the same

* Coordinating with Clinical Experts on providing feedback to GP during treatment and discharge stages.

* Liaison communication between consultant/Junior Doctor/Clinical Expert and General

Physician at all stages.

* Good Interpersonal Skills and ability to multitasking.
