Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager for our on-site location in Kolkata. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure project delivery on time and within budget, manage a team, and coordinate with various departments to execute marketing and event campaigns. Responsibilities include organizing resources, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management, project management, and team leadership
  • Skills in budget management, resource allocation, and scheduling
  • Knowledge of event production, logistics, and vendor management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the marketing and events industry is a plus
