Job Overview:
Jugl is looking for a Lead Generation Expert who can consistently deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads using non-paid methods. You'll be responsible for generating a large volume of qualified leads every day using tools like , ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and This is a high-impact, performance-driven role critical to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Generate and deliver 200+ qualified Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per day using outbound methods.
● Use platforms like , ZoomInfo, Lusha, , Skrapp, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and reach ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
● Set up and run cold outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn, ensuring high open and reply rates.
● Verify and qualify each lead to match Jugl's ICP criteria (industry, designation, geography, intent).
● Build and manage lead databases while maintaining email and domain health.
● Ensure accurate, real-time lead updates in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
● Work closely with the sales team to refine lead definitions and improve conversions from SQL to meetings.
● Continuously optimize sequences and workflows to improve performance.

KPI Deliverables:
● Generate a minimum of 200 qualified SQLs per day (starting from Week 2)
● Maintain at least 90% match accuracy to the Ideal Customer Profile
● Achieve an email open rate of 40% or more
● Ensure at least 10% reply rate on outbound campaigns
● Keep email bounce rate below 5%
● Maintain a LinkedIn connection/response rate of 15% or higher
● Deliver all SQLs into CRM within the same day of qualification
● Ensure monthly lead volume of 4,000 to 5,000 SQLs
● Support sales team to achieve at least 50% lead-to demo conversion rate
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days:
● You consistently generate 200+ qualified leads per day without paid advertising.
● You've set up efficient, automated workflows and tools to scale outreach.
● The CRM is clean, organized, and fully integrated with marketing and sales efforts.
● Feedback from the sales team indicates strong lead quality.
● Lead generation performance is improving week over week through testing and iteration.
Preferred Experience:
● Proven track record in lead generation for B2B SaaS companies
● Deep experience with outbound tools and non-paid prospecting methods
● Familiarity with lead scoring, CRM integration, and sales handoffs
● Understanding of deliverability best practices, GDPR/CCPA compliance
● Previous experience in domains like fintech, logistics, or operations software is a plus
