Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Reporting Specialist to support our sales

and business development teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and

nurturing leads while maintaining accurate data records and delivering insightful reports to track performance

and guide strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, directories, induststry databases, and

social media.

  • Generate, validate, and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads for sales outreach.

  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Excel trackers) to track lead details and status.

  • Support digital and telemarketing campaigns by providing accurate contact lists and segmentation.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Maintain and update lead tracking reports with accuracy and consistency.

  • Create dashboards, pivot tables, and performance summaries to measure lead generation effectiveness.

  • Analyse conversion rates, response rates, and pipeline quality to provide actionable insights.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management review.

  • Recommend improvements in lead generation and data validation processes.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skill

  • Freshers with strong analytical skills may be considered.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) and reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead databases (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo).

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent data validation and accuracy.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with sales and marketing teams.

  • Ability to handle large volumes of data, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
