As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be driving our organization's growth by identifying potential clients, generating high-quality leads, and facilitating connections with our sales team. Your role demands a deep understanding of our product and services demand generation strategies, excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and the ability to collaborate closely with our dynamic sales team.
Experience: 5 to 6+ Years
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research for our products and services to pinpoint potential leads within targeted sectors.
Utilize online databases, industry events, and networking to source leads.⁠
Segment leads for tailored communication and targeted outreach.
Strategically reach out to leads using various channels, such as email, social media, and calls.
Craft and converse with personalized messages that emphasize our services and cater to prospects' needs.
Evaluate leads based on set criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal client profile.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads, address inquiries, and share relevant information.
Schedule meetings between the sales team and prospects and facilitate the way forward to turning on the business.
Manage accurate records of lead interactions using our CRM system.
Provide reports and insights from lead interactions to refine targeting and messaging strategies.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years' successful lead generation experience for software development or IT.
Solid understanding of lead generation channels: social media, email marketing, and industry events.
Proficiency in SEO for enhanced lead discovery.
Experience with social media tools for effective lead generation and engagement.
Proficient in email marketing techniques to drive lead conversion.
Professional approach with know-how's to nurture prospects.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset for evaluating and optimizing lead generation initiatives.
Self-motivated and results-driven with an interest in staying updated with industry trends.
Experience in any CRM software and Microsoft365 office tools.
