Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Ad Campaign Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a creative approach to building campaigns and a results-driven mindset to maximize ROI and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid advertising strategies on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
  • Create, manage and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis to refine ad strategies.
  • Design and test ad creatives, copies and landing pages in collaboration with the design and content teams.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CPC, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.) with actionable insights.
  • Track budget allocation and ensure campaigns deliver optimal ROI.
  • Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, tools and platform updates to implement best practices.
  • A/B test ad formats, bidding strategies and targeting approaches to improve results.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, audience segmentation and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Creative mindset to build compelling ad copies and visuals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹60,969.58 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
