Role Overview:
We're looking for a high-performing Digital Marketing Specialist with 4–5 years of experience to lead and execute our digital strategy across platforms.
You will be responsible for planning, creating, optimizing, and scaling digital campaigns to strengthen Neomod's online presence and drive measurable growth.
This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced, product-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Execution
* Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies across social media, Google, Meta, and other platforms.
* Plan, execute & optimize paid ad campaigns for lead generation, traffic, and brand visibility.
Content & Social Media
* Oversee Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube content calendars.
* Work with designers/videographers to create high-quality content aligned with brand voice.
* Manage reels, shorts, and storytelling formats to engage premium audiences.
Performance Marketing
* Track and analyse campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and other tools.
* Ensure ROI-driven marketing with consistent improvements in CPL, CTR, and overall conversions.
Branding & Communication
* Maintain strong luxury brand positioning across all digital channels.
* Build creative ideas for product launches, events, and ongoing communication.
Website & SEO
* Collaborate with teams to optimize website UX, landing pages, and SEO performance.
* Maintain product pages, blogs, and update digital assets as required.
Market Research
* Analyse trends, competitors, and customer behavior to create data-backed strategies.
What We Expect From You
Strong experience in Social Media Management, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
Ability to ideate and execute powerful content for a lifestyle/luxury brand
Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in performance marketing
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on-site, coordinate with the team, and lead content efforts
Understanding of luxury branding, storytelling & product-based marketing
A proactive, problem-solving attitude with ownership over results
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related fields
* 4–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
* Proven portfolio of successful campaigns
* Experience in product or brand-focused marketing (preferably lifestyle, home, or tech)
