Role Overview

We are looking for a
Senior Paid Media Specialist
with strong expertise in
Facebook Ads (70%)
and
Google Ads (30%)
, who can manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns for US clients. The ideal candidate should also bring solid experience in
GA4 and Looker Studio reporting
, with a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and scale
    Facebook & Google Ads campaigns
    across multiple industries.
  • Manage
    US-based accounts
    while collaborating with partner agencies in the US.
  • Build, analyze, and present reports using
    Looker Studio
    &
    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
    .
  • Optimize campaigns to meet
    CPL, ROAS, and revenue goals
    .
  • Take
    end-to-end ownership of accounts
    , including strategy, execution, reporting, and client communication.
  • Stay updated on
    latest platform changes
    and apply new strategies for performance growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience
    in Paid Media, with majority expertise in
    Facebook Ads
    and
    Google Ads
    .
  • Proven success managing
    US or international campaigns
    .
  • Strong analytical skills with
    Looker Studio & GA4
    experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, performance-driven environment
    .
  • Based in or willing to relocate to
    Coimbatore (on-site role)
    .
