About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence on IndiaMART and other B2B platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing product listings, inquiries, and promotions on IndiaMART, with a focus on improving visibility, lead generation, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on IndiaMART.
  • Ensure product catalog accuracy, keyword optimization, and alignment with company branding.
  • Handle buyer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups promptly to convert leads into orders.
  • Monitor IndiaMART performance metrics (leads, impressions, clicks, and conversion rates).
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional strategies.
  • Analyze competitor listings and market trends to enhance product visibility.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on platform performance.
  • Manage reviews, ratings, and ensure customer satisfaction on the portal.
  • Assist in expanding online sales through other B2B portals if required (TradeIndia, Alibaba, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing IndiaMART seller accounts.
  • Good understanding of B2B e-commerce operations, product cataloging, and lead management.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
