  • Budget management: Develop and manage the budget for all training activities and resources.
  • Program evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Staff management: Oversee and supervise a team of training specialists, and teach them training methods.
  • Strategic alignment: Ensure that training programs align with the company's overall strategic goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with other departments and managers to ensure training is effective across the organization.
  • Record keeping: Maintain records on training activities and the effectiveness of programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
