Dojo Trainer (Focus: Dojo Training & OJT)

Experience : 2 to 5 Years

I. Role Purpose

The Trainer is responsible for rapidly onboarding and effectively upskilling new and existing

shop floor operators on core manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety

protocols, ensuring they achieve required productivity and quality levels quickly.

II. Key Responsibilities

A. Dojo, Induction & Classroom Training

  1. Conduct New Operator DOJO/ Induction Training: Deliver the initial training program for all new operators, covering company policies, workplace etiquette, and the manufacturing

process flow-based skills like (Visual inspection/ Through hole soldering/ screwing/ SMT).

  1. Safety & Compliance Training: Instruct operators on essential EHS (Environment, Health,

and Safety) protocols, including proper machine operation, fire safety, and the critical

importance of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) prevention in electronics assembly.

  1. Quality Standards Instruction: Train operators on basic Quality Control (QC) tools, visual

inspection criteria, and the proper methods for recording production data and defect

identification (e.g., solder joint inspection).

B. On-the-Job Training (OJT)

  1. Skill Demonstration & Practice: Lead hands-on OJT sessions directly on the production line, demonstrating the correct procedure for assembly, testing, soldering, wire harness, or SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes.

  2. Certification & Skill Matrix: Evaluate and certify operators on specific workstation tasks.

Maintain the Skill Matrix for all assigned operators, tracking their proficiency and identifying areas needing retraining.

C. Content Management & Communication

  1. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and certification

logs for audit purposes (e.g., ISO compliance).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
