Our client is a top-notch company providing  a diverse range of shopping and leisure activities who is looking for a talent to join their firm:


  • Human resource management

  • Develop staffing plans, coordinate human resources, training, develop the next team, build a development roadmap for employees, build a mechanism for assigning, recording and evaluating effectiveness work of employees... in the Region, and ensure the maintenance of adequate and quality resources.

  • Build human resources for units in the Region.

  • Approve recruitment proposals, change positions, appoint personnel and coordinate personnel in the Region.

  • Manage direct employees and develop succession plans.


  • Business indicator management 

  • Effectively manage and control the Regions operating budget according to approved limits.

  • Plan Budget and KPI targets for branches in the region and drive implementation and completion.

  • Disseminate KPI to target branch directors in the region, developing plans to promote growth.

  • Periodically evaluate implementation, plan to urge, and directly promote weak branches or branches with special potential.

  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of sales and service activities through a network of regional management branches.

  • Periodically monitor and supervise the effectiveness and quality of sales and services of the region/branch.

  • Ensure consistency in sales and service activities across regional areas.

  • Continuously support branch directors in operational management.

  • Develop a plan to develop the branch network in accordance with the overall business strategy. Determine and approve branch locations and direct and supervise implementation.

  • Ensure integrity, efficiency and operational stability.

  • Direct and supervise coordination with departments in the Business Division to promote sales and service efficiency.

  • Facilitate coordination between Branches and regions for effective cross-selling.

  • Ensure information exchange and consultation about customers and markets to build value propositions, service models and specific products for each segment.

  • Perform other related tasks as requested by the Division Director.


  • Service quality management

  • Plan and periodically visit key units for service quality

  • Directly contact and interview customers at units about service quality to receive opinions and improve.

  • Direct the implementation of programs to promote service quality improvement in the Region.


  • Compliance management

  • Ensure that the Regions activities comply with policies, regulations, procedures, internal instructions and commitment to service quality.

  • Identify the units risks during operation, coordinate with relevant units to develop methods to measure, evaluate and minimize risks.


  • Develop local eagle sales channels

  • Develop an annual network development plan for the region.


  • Establish relationships with localities

  • Responsible for working with local authorities (State agencies in the area; State Bank; Press agencies; television...).

  • Develop the Tien Tho Bookstore brand in the area under your management.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields.

  • In-depth understanding of human resource management, establishing processes and applying process evaluation.

  • Ability to understand and contribute ideas to business strategies and company operations.

  • Broad understanding of other fields such as Marketing, PR, Internal Communications, ... is an advantage.

  • Sensitive in handling situations and problems that arise.

  • Excellent communication, analytical and decision making skills.

  • Strong risk management and conflict management skills.

  • Strategic and intuitive thinking.

  • Creative and customer-centered attitude.

Requirements
