Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager- Business Development, to lead our growth initiatives in Chennai, Tirupati, Kurnool, Ongole, Karimnagar & Guntur . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and strong leadership skills. This role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, managing referral networks, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase brand awareness and drive patient referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other fertility-related stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Represent Oasis Fertility at regional events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities to senior management.
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or fertility sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop strategic plans.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions (Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and Warangal).
- Familiarity with the fertility industry and related regulations is an advantage.
