We are currently expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Telemarketing Executives.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct B2B cold calls to UK business customers to discuss their utility needs.
  • Generate leads
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in our CRM system.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Passion for talking to customers in English and building relationships.
  • Hardworking, motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to work in a fixed UK shift, Monday to Friday.
  • Commitment to long-term employment with our company.
