The Role
We're looking for an Enterprise Sales Representative to drive new business and close high-value deals in international markets (North America & EMEA) as well as domestic. You'll own the full sales cycle, build relationships with C-Suite executives, and expand Germin8's global footprint.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiate → close → handoff
- Hunt new logos in large B2C enterprises employees)
- Manage 60–90 day cycles with deal sizes of $25K–50K
- Engage C-Suite decision makers and displace incumbents
- Work closely with Implementation, CS, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams
What We're Looking For
Proven success in enterprise B2B sales with long, consultative cycles
Experience closing high-value deals ($25K–50K)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Bonus: experience selling to global B2C enterprises, multi-region exposure, or working in a small sales team reporting directly to the CEO
