Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing B2B deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Market Research

  2. Identify and research potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry databases.

  3. Conduct in-depth market research to discover new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
  4. Qualify leads based on business fit and potential requirements.
  5. Maintain and regularly update the lead database for accuracy and outreach tracking.

  6. Sales Development & Client Acquisition

  7. Pitch company products and services to qualified leads and prospective clients in the B2B segment.

  8. Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and business presentations.
  9. Drive B2B sales by targeting specific industries and company verticals.
  10. Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel until closure.
  11. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and lead conversions.
  12. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  13. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

  14. Relationship Management & Client Engagement

  15. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

  16. Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients by working closely with internal departments.
  17. Serve as a point of contact to enhance client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

  18. Skills Required:

  19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  20. Strong knowledge of B2B lead generation and sales techniques.
  21. Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  22. Hands-on experience in using Lusha and ZoomInfo for lead generation and prospecting.
  23. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and Zoho CRM for tracking and managing sales pipelines.
