Job Description – Freelance Articulate Graphic Designer (Level 3)Contract Duration: 2–3 MonthsLocation Preference: NCR (Delhi / Noida / Gurugram)Experience: 5–6 YearsIndustry: Training & E-LearningProject Type: Automobile Client – Content DevelopmentAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Freelance Articulate Graphic Designer (Level 3) to support us in developing high-quality e-learning content for an automobile project. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Articulate 360, Power Point design, and visual content development, with prior experience creating training modules for automobile clients.Key ResponsibilitiesE-Learning Development- Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360- Incorporate triggers, interactions, quizzes, branching scenarios, and animations (Level 3 complexity)- Convert training material and storyboards into engaging learning screensGraphic & Visual Design- Create layouts, icons, infographics, and visual elements for digital learning- Enhance overall look and feel of e-learning content- Maintain brand style and consistency across modulesContent & PPT Development- Structure and organise raw content into well-flowing learning modules- Design and enhance Power Point presentations for training delivery- Convert PPTs into e-learning modules wherever requiredAutomobile Training Projects- Work on content related to automobile product features, sales processes, customer handling, etc.- Understand domain-specific terminology and dealership-focused training needsRequired Skills & Experience- 5–6 years of experience in e-learning development and graphic design- Strong hands-on expertise with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)- Excellent Power Point design and visual storytelling skills- Experience creating Level 3 interactive e-learning content- Prior work experience with automobile clients (mandatory)- Ability to work independently on tight timelines- Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications- Based in NCR region (Delhi/Noida/Gurugram)- Experience working on project-based or freelance assignments- Familiarity with instructional design principlesContract Details- Engagement: Freelance / Project-based- Duration: 2–3 months- Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible
