**Trainees will rotate in the following departments during a training period of 4-6 months**:
- **Content Development: Contribute to content development and writing, content curation for site, article posts, social posts, blogs, product descriptions etc.**
- **Customer Solutions: Act as an important link between the organisation and the customer by utilizing your listening and analytical skills to understand customer’s queries and suggesting appropriate solutions.**
- **Administration & Operations**:
**(a) Coordinate order fulfilment as well as channel communication between internal departments, customers and carriers.**
**(b) Learning and managing in part the platform dashboard to maintain product uploads and updates**
**(c) Creating CSV's for upload / update of site / product data**
**(d) Photo/Video: photograph, research, film and edit product images and videos.**
- **Marketing**:
**(a) Search Engine Optimization**
**(b) Pay Per Click Marketing**
**(c) Social Media**
**(d) E-mail marketing**
**(e) Coupon Marketing**
**(f) Affiliate Marketing**
**All the trainees will have time to time reviews, in-order to discuss their achievements and career path with the organisation**
