Key Responsibilities - Plan execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms Google Ads Meta Ads YouTube Display etc - Monitor analyze and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR CPA ROAS and LTV - Conduct A B testing of ad creatives targeting and bidding strategies - Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop high-converting ad assets - Manage media budgets efficiently and ensure alignment with growth KPIs - Stay updated with the latest platform algorithms trends and best practices - Use tools like Google Analytics AppsFlyer Branch Mixpanel to track and attribute performance - Work closely with product and CRM teams to align acquisition and retention strategies - Identify new channels or opportunities for scalable user acquisition Key Skills and Experience Required - 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising - Proficiency with ad platforms such as Google Ads Meta Ads Manager programmatic networks publishers- Strong analytical skills experience working with tools like Google Analytics Excel etc - Experience with mobile user acquisition and attribution tools e g AppsFlyer Branch - Knowledge of funnel optimization and remarketing strategies - Excellent communication skills - Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field MBA is a plus Preferred Qualifications - Experience with campaigns in gaming fintech or e-commerce domains - Familiarity with SEO influencer marketing and organic growth strategies - Basic understanding of HTML tracking pixels or tag managers - Certification in Google Ads Meta Blueprint HubSpot optional but a plus ref updazz com
