Be a part of KC Overseas—apply now MIHAN New Office Campus Launch Video - Job Overview: The Lead – HR Talent Management will spearhead the design, implementation, and governance of the organization’s Performance Management System (PMS). This role ensures that Work Responsibilities (WRs), KRAs/KPIs, and OKRs are aligned with business goals and that quarterly/annual review cycles are executed seamlessly. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with HR, Business Units, and leadership teams to foster a performance-driven culture. Key Responsibilities: New Joiners Compliance Prepare and maintain Work Responsibility (WR) documents for open roles, ensuring approvals prior to hiring. Create and roll out KRAs/KPIs for new joiners within the defined timelines. Conduct induction sessions (PMS, Keka Training, Qandle Overview) for specific new joiners, including senior hires. Update and revise Work Responsibility (WR) documents during internal transfers or any change in an employee’s role. Performance Management Coordinate with Business Unit teams to assign KRAs/KPIs at the start of each intake cycle and update them as per role changes or transfers. Lead the end-to-end management of performance review cycles across Tech and Non-Tech functions. Administer the PMS platform (Qandle), including data updates, review cycle execution, subscriptions, and invoices. Design and implement frameworks for annual performance appraisals. Provide prompt resolution to employee, Manager, and BU Head queries related to PMS. OKR Implementation Assist the Head – HR in planning and implementing the OKR Dashboard for Team Leaders and above. Track periodic check-ins of Key Results and help in preparing monthly analysis reports for BU Heads and the CEO. HR Policies & Documentation Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies in line with organizational requirements. Maintain updated Trackers, WR and KRA Databases, and organizational charts for all departments. Process Excellence Ensure adherence to SLAs for assigning KRAs and WRs. Maintain quality and accuracy in all HR documentation. Support periodic reconciliations of trackers and ensure compliance with performance timelines. Link to know more about life at KC. Skills & Competencies  Good understanding of Performance Management Systems and HR processes.  Analytical and process-driven approach with strong attention to detail.  Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.  Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.  Qualifications & Experience  Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.  5–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years focused on Performance Management.  Experience in HR policy drafting.  Good knowledge of HRMS platforms.
