We pride ourselves on offering tailored recruitment solutions to help organizations build winning teams and achieve their business growth goals.Role DescriptionWe are hiring Recruiters (0–2 years) and Senior Recruiters (2–6 years) to join our on-site team at our Mumbai – Borivali office. This is a full-time, work-from-office position (Monday to Friday).In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. You will work across multiple recruitment portals, leverage social media for talent outreach, ensure strong candidate experience, and support our clients’ talent needs across various industries.This position is crucial to strengthening our delivery capability and contributing to SAM-HR’s continued growth.QualificationsStrong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and overall recruitment processesExperience working on multiple job portals and social media hiring toolsAbility to independently manage end-to-end recruitment cyclesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to collaborate with internal teams and hiring managersStrong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilitiesBachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatoryFamiliarity with ATS or recruitment tools is an added advantageFor Senior Recruiter roles: experience handling multiple mandates and client communication is preferred📩 To ApplyShare your resume at careers@sam-hr.com
