Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA in Human Resources and possess 1-3 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The candidate should be skilled in cold calling, proficient in using job portals, and have a creative approach to digital recruitment. As an HR Recruiter at Accrualify India Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring top-tier talent to support our company's growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals. Conduct cold calling and direct outreach to potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications, and perform initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit. Utilize creative digital strategies to attract and engage potential candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment. Strong experience in cold calling and sourcing candidates through job portals. Creative approach to digital recruitment and candidate engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
