Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT clients, along with essential HR operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, good at multitasking, and comfortable managing client coordination and internal operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment (IT & Non-IT)

  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across various industries.

  3. Source candidates through portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

  4. Conduct telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability.

  5. Coordinate interviews with candidates and client HR teams.

  6. Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and joining follow-up.

  7. Maintain updated recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

  8. Prepare and share daily/weekly reports with management.

2. HR & Operations Responsibilities

  • Maintain internal HR records, candidate pipelines, and client requirements.

  • Support documentation and onboarding processes for selected candidates.

  • Coordinate with clients regarding job briefs, hiring updates, and feedback.

  • Assist in preparing MIS reports, performance data, and internal HR documentation.

  • Manage follow-ups for client closures, billing coordination (if required), and operations support.

  • Support internal team activities, HR policies, and process improvements.

  • Ensure smooth workflow between recruitment teams, clients, and management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6 months –2 years of experience in IT recruitment in consultancy or corporate.

  • Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT job roles, skills, and hiring processes.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.

  • Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets & job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.

  • Prior consultancy experience will be an added advantage.
