Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment by planning and executing effective hiring strategies.
  • Conduct job analyses and create accurate, engaging job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen profiles, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for skill and culture fit.
  • Coordinate the full interview process and manage offer negotiations.
  • Maintain recruitment records, build future talent pipelines, and develop strong external hiring networks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience recruiting in the technology sector.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹22,000.00 per month
