Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Position Overview:
We need someone like you to drive quality leads through LinkedIn, social media, Upwork, and email marketing Your role will be crucial in expanding our client base and boosting revenue.
Location: Remote
Salary: 23k to 25K
Timming: 6pm to 3am IST
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn, social media platforms, and Upwork to identify and engage with potential clients interested in website development, SEO, paid ads, Amazon services and all other digital marketing services.
- Source leads across platforms like LinkedIn, social media, Upwork, and via email marketing.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct thorough research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Create compelling outreach messages and pitch materials to initiate conversations with prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance lead generation efforts continuously.
- Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation activities and identify areas for improvement.
Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the digital services industry.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, social media platforms, Upwork and email marketing for lead generation purposes.
- Familiarity with website development, mobile applications, SEO, paid ads, and Amazon services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with existing LinkedIn accounts with a significant following used for outreach.
