Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, engaging them through calls, and qualifying their interest and fit for our product or service. Your primary goal is to identify high-quality prospects and pass them on to the sales team for conversion. By filtering and refining leads at an early stage, you help improve conversion rates and make the overall sales process more efficient.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound/inbound calls to leads from our database or campaigns.
- Understand customer needs, interests, and readiness to buy.
- Ask relevant qualifying questions and gather essential information.
- Categorize leads as qualified or unqualified based on predefined criteria.
- Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems accurately.
- Follow up with interested prospects to nurture relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to pass on warm leads.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and lead quality.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi (mandatory).
- Prior experience in telecalling or lead qualification is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or willingness to learn.
- Good listening skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Fixed salary of ₹3.5 LPA
