*Job Summary:*

We're seeking an experienced Process Trainer to join our BPO team. As a Process Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to ensure that our employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties efficiently and effectively.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  1. *Training Program Development:*
  2. Design and develop training programs for new hires and existing employees
  3. Create training materials, documentation, and assessments
  4. Collaborate with process owners to identify training requirements
  5. *Training Delivery:*
  6. Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees
  7. Conduct classroom and on-the-job training
  8. Provide coaching and mentoring to employees
  9. *Process Knowledge:*
  10. Develop and maintain knowledge of processes, procedures, and policies
  11. Stay up-to-date with process changes and updates
  12. Communicate process changes to employees
  13. *Training Evaluation:*
  14. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  15. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  16. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
  17. *Collaboration:*
  18. Work with cross-functional teams to identify training needs
  19. Collaborate with process owners to develop training solutions

*Requirements:*

  1. *Experience:* 1-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a BPO setting

  2. *Skills:*

  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  4. Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  7. *Education:* Bachelor's degree in any discipline
