**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **NHIP Trainer**to conduct training sessions for newly hired **Territory Sales Managers (TSMs)**across India. The trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive induction programs, ensuring that new hires are well-equipped with the necessary product knowledge, sales techniques, company policies, and industry best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct NHIP Training**:Deliver structured **New Hire Induction Program (NHIP)**for TSMs, ensuring seamless onboarding and knowledge transfer.
- **Sales & Product Training**:Provide in-depth training on company products, sales techniques, customer engagement, and competitive market strategies.
- **KPI & SOP Adherence**:Ensure that new hires understand and comply with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:Monitor trainees’ progress through assessments, role-plays, quizzes, and feedback mechanisms.
- **Soft Skills Development**:Train new hires on communication, negotiation, time management, and customer relationship management.
- **Process & Compliance Training**:Educate trainees on company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical selling practices.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:Work closely with HR, and the L&D team to align training objectives with business goals.
- **Report & Feedback**:Maintain training reports, track participant performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum **3-5 years**of experience in **training & development**, preferably in sales training. Experience in the Telecom sector is a plus.
- Skills: Strong presentation & facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in training tools & e-learning platforms.
- Ability to handle diverse groups & adapt to different learning styles.
- Strong analytical & reporting skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
