Role & responsibilities
To be a customer representative stationed in Soonest Express VIP factory at Tirupati
Report directly to Mr. T. Madhusudhana Rao and Soonest Express (HK) Co. Ltd.
To be customer-oriented and maintain a positive and professional attitude toward internal and external customers at all times.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Respond promptly to all enquiries from any parties, including but not limited to customers, agents and Soonest Group of companies.
Acknowledge and resolve any arising problems or complaints from customers.
Keep records of customer business transactions, comments and complaints
Provide customers with logistics solutions
Follow up orders for customers and keep track of them.
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
Build relationships with key employees among customers
Create plans to address customers business needs
Present our company to potential customers
Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
Collaborate with internal teams to address customers needs
Provide daily reports and monthly presentation files to the Hong Kong management
Preferred candidate profile
Only male candidates and there are two vacancies
