Learn more: the RoleWe are seeking a senior technology leader to head Property & Casualty (P&C) delivery across EMEA for our technology and digital solutions division. The role focuses on Custom Application Development, Digital Transformation, and IT delivery for Specialty and Commercial Lines insurance — with a strong emphasis on the Lloyd’s Market of London.Key Responsibilities???? Strategic LeadershipLead strategic product and platform initiatives aligned with business goals.Manage technology delivery for key global clients, focusing on innovation and scalability.Track delivery metrics, budgets, and resources across multiple accounts.???? Capability BuildingMentor senior delivery leaders and technical managers.Build and manage high-performing teams across geographies.Establish Communities of Practice (Co P) around architecture, engineering, and quality.???? Technical & Delivery ExcellenceOversee development and maintenance of strategic client platforms.Ensure adherence to SDLC, security, compliance, and quality standards.Drive technology solutions leveraging Azure/AWS, and Agile methodologies.???? Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with global clients, internal teams, and leadership to ensure delivery success.Support pre-sales, demos, POCs, and client governance.Manage operational metrics around Client Satisfaction, People, and Financials.Must HaveB. E/B. Tech or M. Tech/M.
