Job Overview:
We are growing our team and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Chat Support division. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in real-time customer interactions, providing prompt, professional, and empathetic assistance through online chat platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via web chat and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide service information.
- Offer prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer queries.
- Work during the night shift hours to support our global customer base.
- Maintain a high level of alertness and attentiveness during the night hours.
- Collaborate with customers across various chat platforms to deliver consistent and effective support.
- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Develop a deep understanding of our services to provide detailed and relevant information to customers.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and provide step-by-step guidance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
- Provide insights and feedback on common customer issues.
- Prior experience in handling U.S. and Canadian customer support, including voice and chat processes, is a must.
- Preferably trained under U.S. or Canada-based Team Lead/Trainer.
Requirements:
- Must have 2-3 years of previous experience in customer service, with a focus on chat support.
- Ability to work during the night shift hours, including weekends.
- Should have working knowledge of the Freshchat platform, or Live Chat or Zendesk or Intercom or Freshdesk
- Must have proficiency in written English.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.
