Your Role
As a Specialist/Sr. Specialist, you will oversee the overall operations of the villa, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities. You will be responsible for managing the staff, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction. Your role will involve addressing operational challenges, managing budgets, and implementing effective service recovery strategies for guest grievances.
Additionally, you will assist in liaising with homeowners to align with their expectations.
About You
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Create and manage operational budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality service.
Identify and implement upgrades to enhance guest experience
Monitor and respond to reviews, enhancing the property’s reputation.
Develop promotional strategies to attract guests.
Regular updates and strategy discussions with supervisors.
Address high-level guest grievances, implementing service recovery strategies to resolve issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field, Masters Degree preferred
5+ years of experience in a managerial role within hospitality operations.
Bonus Points - these are nonessential, but a bonus if you have them
Experience in managing large-scale villa or hotel operations.
Knowledge of financial management and budgeting processes.
Strong knowledge of market demand and competition study.
