We are looking to hire a Key Account Manager (Sales) for our QSR team. Purpose of Job: To ensure smooth working of all the front end operations related to key accounts servicing and relationship management in order to generate and grow continuous sales from the existing food services customers as well as generating new customers. Role & Responsibilities: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & ANALYSIS: Deliver annual operating business and margin plan for Key account channel. Acquisition of newer Key Accounts in different categories To gain thought leadership thru proactive approach by way building concepts around it basis our capability, & delivering solutions. He/ she is expected to study his accounts and suggest management new avenues of businesses/ product categories that are differentiated and have high growth potentials. Strong focus on managing and developing relationship with customers key stake holders. Strong exposure of handling high value projects with Key Customers. BUSINESS OPERATIONS & MANAGEMENT: He/ she needs to liaise with the KA teams on the delivery mechanism and credit understanding. Also all monthly reports of the accounts progress needs to be collated with help of KA team members and needs to be reported. Annual contract closure with accounts at largest share of business basis budgeted volumes & contribution margins is one of the core responsibility. Also communicating with local teams for execution is critical. New products introduced in an account during the year should be as per the targeted margins Strong inter departmental alignment to maintain high service level spl with Demand planning, supply chain and plant teams. COMMERCIAL & COMPLAINT HANDLING: All Sales contracts, agreements to be negotiated, discussed and closed with help of relevant team members. Commercial hygiene to be maintained across all accounts. Complaints to be taken up with Quality team at pace and CAPA to be delivered well within time Knowledge: Excellent knowledge and understanding of food industry (Food Service & QSR). Skills: Planning and organizing skills Strong Interpersonal skills Presentation skills Strong decision making ability Ability to build relationships Excellent business acumen Attitude: Service maniac Customer-centric Street smart Proactive Diligent Enthusiastic and achievement oriented Key Accounts handled/handing: Mc Donald’s Burger King Starbucks Pizza Hut KFC Subway Domino’s Educational Level Graduation: Any specialization Post-Graduation (Must have) : PGDM/ MBA in Marketing or Sales Management. Working Experience Must have: 8-12 years of experience of handling the large key accounts in Food service-preferably QSR.
