We are a leading HiFi AV solutions provider specializing in custom-built home theaters, whole-house audio, automation, and room acoustics. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team across multiple locations in Kerala.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, develop, and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Travel within Kerala for client meetings, business development, and team management.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline .
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of sales experience with proven team-handling skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under targets and drive business growth.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
