We are a leading HiFi AV solutions provider specializing in custom-built home theaters, whole-house audio, automation, and room acoustics. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales team across multiple locations in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop, and manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Travel within Kerala for client meetings, business development, and team management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline .
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of sales experience with proven team-handling skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under targets and drive business growth.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
