As a Talent Acquisition Intern in Human Resources, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to our mission of delivering strategic HR services to our clients by directly working on client assignments.

Job Overview:
This position is designed for highly enthusiastic and passionate individuals who are passionate about HR and eager to kick start their career in a dynamic and evolving Recruitment team of Human context. The incumbent will work directly with Human context and client leadership and take functional HR guidance from Human context

The TA Intern will work closely with senior consultants and gain exposure to various recruitment functions, including sourcing , database search , candidate experience , head hunting , JD Drafting and client handling and candidate data management.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TA Intern at human context at our Bhubaneswar office. The TA Intern will be responsible for assisting with Recruitment coordination, HR MIS , client interfacing and position closure. The role will involve supporting multiple projects and gaining hands-on experience in an high quality Recruitment consulting and service delivery experience.

Qualifications

PG Level Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
